Which Reminds Me

Yes, how well we remember that the Bible warns us that salvation is not attained by comparing ourselves one to another. And yet here we are, touting the comparative literature degree as if that were somehow an acceptable field of study for a Christian girl to consider. You would need at least three languages, and then what? An endless or at least less obstructed stream of doodling perhaps may result, but anyway, whatever, I have other things on my mind than comparative literature. Literature does nothing to pay the rent.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, probably I was only imagining that I was hearing him online apologizing because, after going to ORU, he now has to skulk around avoiding ministry because his wife is a silly nitwit gold-digger always chattering about money and bogging him down with her evil head full of decadently wicked French literature, as if that were the only reason to go to college. Yes, probably I only imagined that I heard that, because anyway, what sort of "nice guy" would go around talking about his own wife that way? That would be too much to ask of anyone. Besides which, what would I know about the evil decadence of French literature? I am not very advanced in French, do not know much about it. Yes, probably I am only imagining that I heard that.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, speaking of judgmentalism, I am reminding of the Biblical adage which says that all things are lawful but not all things are expedient. It is not expedient for me to give a hoot about electoral politics. So many issues, so little time. And come to think of it, what are all of these judgmental things that I forgot to say because I did not know that? Perhaps you could fill in the blanks for me because I really had no clue.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, what was the name of that back-stabbing traitor who preferred ORU to any other of our excellent colleges? He flatters himself too much if he thinks that I will want to hear about his tedious life later.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, amazing the pompous arrogant illusions of grandeur that some persons cultivate in regards to themselves, but anyway, I digress.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, there is no "when" yet, it has yet to be determined when the dentist will be placing another crown in my aging and fragile teeth. There is a general idea of a plan but the details of that are yet to be determined. Teeth are important for the proper enjoyment of food, naturally.

But as for crowns of the royal variety, I have not much thought of that. Perhaps you have mistaken me for that royalist classmate of whom I really cannot remember much or think of anything to say. I really have not that much acquaintance with her other life beyond the high school classroom.

Which Reminds Me

Browsing around the Internet, we stumble upon the story of Ms. Lee Roosevelt, a person whose existence would be of no interest to us, but for her father's presidential library. What would those clueless Georgia dumbbells know about anything anyway and why should I care? Not everything happens in Georgia. I would donate to them my copy of the Spanish/English dictionary, but anyway, they probably already have found that by now. They are seeking donations to build the Teddy Roosevelt Library in North Dakota, not Georgia, either place being a matter of indifference to me. What else do they want from me? I think they have enough already without stringing me along as well.
