Which Reminds Me

Oh, was that Larry Kraiss I heard online offering his medical assistance because he wants to star in a porno movie? Sometimes my imagination is a little bit too vivid. Even so, all offers of that type will be declined. Needless to say. Because there is no place for you in this story.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I do have a photograph of Marty Robertson hugging the Tropic of Cancer, a monument that is actually a huge concrete ball located on the latitude of the Tropic of Cancer in Baja California, a milestone that was visited during a January term class/field trip studying desert biology.

Which Reminds Me

Think on, oh aspiring claimants to the castle and title, of the political dilemmas that you would face, trying to insert your American attitudes into a completely different milieu, the expense of trying to rebuild a ruined castle, if you could even retrieve that from the UK's National Trust, and on and on. The obstacles would be enormous. The financial cost would be enormous. Who would do that? I have no idea.

Which Reminds Me

It has probably been at least 500 years since Black Murray's head on a skewer was presented to the King of Scotland. Strange that there should be so much chatter about this ancient occurrence, as if it mattered now. I have seen the picture on the coat of arms but that belongs to the Clan McClellan. That is not something that I would choose to publicly display on the walls of my own house. That would be weird. It is a piece of ancient history. Good to know that law enforcement has greatly improved its methods and efficiency by a Scotland yard since ancient times. In some accounts it is not clear whether the ancient McClellan ancestor was the sheriff of the county or simply a bounty hunter.

Our McClellan ancestors arrived in America in the 1700s, so we are not in touch with the aristocratic branch of the family in the U.K. It was only in the 20th century that some bits of information begin to circulate, misty legends of a castle and a title there in Scotland to be claimed if a qualified claimant could be found who dares to do that. How odd that you should chatter on so about Lord Kirkcudbright, as if he were still alive and the title not unavoidably extinct since 1832. His daughter Elizabeth was married to Mr. Lambert and they are gone to Ireland, so their descendants are apparently neither Scottish nor McClellan. The UK's National Trust now administers the ruined castle, which as yet has gone unclaimed. So?

Which Reminds Me

One day during a class with Mr. De Paul, his wife and a teacher across the hall went running past the window and around behind the classroom. Mr. De Paul, alarmed at seeing this strange occurrence, went outside to see what they were doing, leaving us students sitting there for a few minutes wondering what that was about. I am not sure that he ever explained that to us after he returned. It was his personal business so I suppose that it is really none of our business.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, why all this chatter about Baskin-Robbins? All I know about that is an ice cream shop of many flavors, which I like. However, I must say that Robin has made a complete nuisance of herself, and I cannot speak a word in the Basque language, even if they do have some good singers there. Maybe I would buy their records if I had that much money, but not in high school. In high school, I only hear their songs on the radio. Good luck with your recording career.

Which Reminds Me

I seriously don't think that it is fair that my elderly parents should be required to support me through this ordeal of cruel torture inflicted upon poor innocent little me, while the big-shots of Springfield are up there sucking face with Charisse Corbin. Something is deeply wrong with this state of misery.
