Yes, I vaguely remember that many years ago, I received a phone call from Mike Santiago at the Swaggart organization, telling me that they were going to be needing a translator and maybe I could apply for a job there. However, I never did apply there or explore that option. Somehow I had the feeling that such a job could present some problematic issues for white girl, the stereotypes against white girl do exist, so I did not even send them my resume. Nothing. It was as if the Lord was telling me not to go there. Weird how so many people knew about that later, and yet wrong about that. No, I ultimately said no to that. I did have other opportunities to do some translation work, Spanish to English, but there is really not enough of that type of work to matter much or to bring in much of any income anyway, besides which those people are mostly dead now, their organization mostly non-existent, so that really is something not worth mentioning. It was probably just as well that I did not do that.
