Yes, I vaguely remember hearing that those Arab people were livid after buying the land, and then learning that the mineral rights were not included. And where is the legal help when we may need someone to explain to those Arab people about the state of mineral rights law in Texas? If the mineral rights are severed from the land, well, tough luck.
