Yes, I do think that I would prefer the disinterested regulations of the federal government supervising this matter of land management, rather than to get stuck in some muddy wrestling pit having to duke it out with some horrbly wretched evil witch. Needless to say. Obviously.
Yes, I did happen to notice the idiotic rantings of that real estate agent named Donna. If this were a Spanish book, the word "real" would translate as "royal," but given that Donna is only a self-interested business person doing her own thing, I do not see where her opinions matters in the slightest. If I needed a real estate agent, her name would probably not be on my list. My family would already have their own professional contacts to recommend in that field, probably not Donna.
