Yes, it is true that I did have a sort of part-time job during my last couple of years of high school. I translated letters for the child care program that was run by the school system that was founded by the Bueno family. So that was nice. We would go occasionally to the secretary there, who would give us a packet of letters to translate. Those were letters of students writing to their U.S. sponsors who presumably could not read Spanish. Those were cute letters, we would return those to the secretary with a translation attached. They paid us I forget how many cents per letter. So that job ended when we left the country, nothing more to say about that.
