Yes, that is sort of annoying, perusing Mrs. Walker's three-volume history book about the work in Latin America, in which each country has a chapter, to note that she forgot to mention us under the chapter of "El Salvador," in the first volume, Even so, Susie's picture appears but you would never know that I existed if you go only by the writings of Mrs. Walker. And also, in the third volume, under the chapter of "Dominican Republic," there is a mention made of my Dad being in El Salvador and preparing lessons for the Royal Rangers of D.R., the Rangers being an educational program for boys, in the same paragraph as something about George Davis. So perhaps we could drive a truck through the holes in Mrs. Walker's history book, but anyway, why would I want to argue with the saintly elders of Peru? What is in print is the only thing that some people can remember, but anyway, if only God knows what happened, perhaps that is enough to know.
