Which Reminds Me

Yes, I vaguely remember meeting some people from Arkansas, the accent was so thick I couldn't understand  what they were saying, but anyway that was 40-plus years go, and I haven't spent much time if any in Arkansas since then, maybe at some time or another drove through parts of it on my way to somewhere else, I really don't see much connection now to Arkansas.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I remember, what did the elected politician mean when she was saying that she has no supporters? Perhaps she was being too modest, else how was she elected to public office having no supporters, a support being defined as someone who voted for her and/or likes her agenda. Or, more likely, that is her way of disassociating herself from politicians who are on the corporate dole, receiving large donations from real estate developers and other special interests that she perceives as her political enemies, preferring to portray herself as not one of them, a point that she likes to emphasize, given that her political reason for being is that she is not one of them, so probably that is what she meant to say, one would easily imagine, a supporter being defined as a person who donates money to a political campaign. And how would you know about that? Were you tapping the phones at work, because you did not get that from me.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, oddly, you say that as if I were to blame for the maneuverings of these parasitical leeches who I have noticed are trying to attach themselves to me. in an insidious way. All questions about the oranges game must be referred to Judy Wick who invented the thing and was vociferously inducing all to participate. I am happy to see that you have found some other way to dispose of your little parasite Ruth, so that I no longer have to feel any burden or sense of responsibility for having do something about that, given that it wasn't my idea anyway. They are sicker than I ever imagined.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, perhaps you could clue me in, are you one of the "Forgotten Books of Eden" or an abridged collection of Slavic fairy tales? Where is this mysterious "Book of Job" to which you refer?

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I sort of vaguely remember hearing that their Book of Job is somewhat different from what I read in the Holy Bible, because I am really not getting that from what I read there in my Good Book, and also, Duh! Of course it is too late to rewrite the Bible now. Name your sources on that and then we can talk, because otherwise I really don't care to continue this discussion.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I vaguely remember there was something that I was not supposed to tell my little sister, it was something that Debbie had aid, but when the little sisters came pleading, I finally did tell them, that is true, so I suppose that Debbie will be killing me for that, but I can't keep a secret, you already knew that. Whether they deserved to be told I really can't say. It was just too much pressure for me to bear all by myself.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, it would be hard for me to think of a more completely boring and dreaded field for myself than the medical profession, not that I don't appreciate what they have to do, and how they deserve a lot of money for having to do that, but anyway, that is not for me. I would rather commit suicide, actually.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I vaguely remembering someone saying something about an imaginary law requiring me to go into the medical profession, the binary choice being nurse or teacher. I might have liked being the teacher, but no way am I going to be a nurse too.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I am somehow reminded suddenly of a former acquaintance who I happened to hear is making big money working for some drug companies. I haven't spoken to her these 30+ years so who knows what is going on her head over there in the Midwest. I certainly would not have a clue about that. We are really not that close. She was my sister's friend, not mine.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, there was a time when I was very depressed, and I even took an anti-depressant for a couple of years, maybe some time in the 90s, but I have not been doing that for a long time, and I am feeling less and less depressed all the time, now that I know it wasn't just all my fault, and it wasn't that I was just losing my mind, there really was a malicious conspiracy against me and, anyway, there is no remedy for that, so there is nothing I can do to absolve the conspirators of their malicious guilt in this case. so there is nothing to for me to do. They have to repent of their own accord before anything could possibly change. Nothing I say matters or has any effect on thatm, so obviously I am on vacation for the time being.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I could not quite understand where that was coming from, referring to your bizarre ranting speech about that  megalithic blob of drug company stuff, Johnson & Lilly. Given that I am not a medically trained person, my gifts being more of a language arts nature, I really don't quite see what is your problem. Yes, I want my bottle of aspirin or Tylenol to be readily available on the grocery store shelf if I should happen to feel a need for that, but anyway, I am not experiencing any drug problems at the moment. If my doctor should happen to prescribe something, by all means orders should be telegraphed directly to the drugstore, conveniently, without my having to explain something about that. So what is your problem? I don't quite see anything to discuss on these points.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I vaguely remember that online you were telling me about your theory that Gulliver's Lilliput might have been actually modeled after the Mosquito Coast of Nicaragua, because of all their little mosquitoes swarming and stinging in abundance on the coastal plains of Central America. Yes, and there might be various travel books showing what a primitive jungle that might have been when the earliest explorers arrived, whether the Spanish or the English. Even so, in modern times, behaving like a swarming stinger does not necessarily entitle you to a Nicaraguan passport. I really can't help you with that.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, interesting the level of vitriol and acrid animosity vented in response to the citing of a work by Jonathan Swift, who by this evidence one might imagine that he seems to be as much loathed and despised by the Spanish, as he is beloved by the litte English language children who marvel at the allegorical symbolisms only vaguely understood in "Gulliver's Travels." So what? You cannot be studying English literature and not expect to trip over some odd character whose defense is not my job or concern.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I am suddenly reminded of the oral report on the book, "Gulliver's Travels," a classic work of Jonathan Swift, an Irish writer who is best known for that famous work so often developed into works of film and stage, which I had presented in Miss Marken's honors English class. So that was that. I am not going to be repeating the erstwhile book report again without benefit of class credit.  But of course you wouldn't have been there. Needless to say.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I seem to remember that some persons were trying to develop a theme based on their swear words, but I don't know why I should involve myself in that ridiculous drama. After strenuously avoiding this ridiculous topic throughout high school, I suddenly find myself accused of having taught "my" ideology on whatever points, even though I didn't really say anything about that during high school, I only overheard some things. Although Miss Marken seemed to suggest that there might be some points on that, I really did not develop that theme because then I would be trapped into some corner that I don't quite fully understand or have the capacity to elucidate in a satisfactory way, sufficient to completely silence the mouths of my critics and detractors for all time. Because even if I don't care what they say, I do understand about free speech and also freedom of association, being my freedom to drop Tom and Fred off of my social platter when I so choose.  But you insist on getting all of your wrong information from that "National Honors" idiot, so that is your problem, not mine.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I vaguely remember being in possession of a photograph of Marty Robertson, wrapping himself around a huge concrete ball, that was the monument at the Tropic of Cancer, in Baja California, where we stopped briefly for photos during the January biology field trip. Those guys are so funny, although for some reason not such nice guys beyond that, because funny guys are really sort of angry about everything if you really think about what they are saying. But I don't remember much about him because I was riding in the other van, not the van with the cliquey "cool" people, because I don't care about hobnobbing with those ridiculous snobs. That's just not who I am.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, nice try, sending your Lori to try to persuade me to enlist in the army, as if I would ever do that., and that was before I turned 35 which was the cutoff age. But anyway, you already own my cousins, for what do you need me also? You already have the most brilliant minds on the planet doing whatever you want, so I am not feeling any urgent need to do something about that.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, did I forget to mention that I am allergic to cats? which is why I no longer have a cat. The hay fever, the sneezing, the itchy red eyes, the general feeling of misery, all these factors contribute to the exclusion of cats from my residential place of habitation, ever since learning of this allergical condition of mine.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I too think that it would be interesting to read that projected book that you might be planning to write, maybe, based on your China connections and with your facility in Chinese languages, generally speaking, which would be especially interesting to read if it should be titled, "Killing Watchman Nee." Certainly I would not be able to wrap my head around such a complex and complicated topic enough to write anything, but if you write it, I would probably read it. However, as your book has not yet appeared on the shelves, it would be premature for us to speculate on what royalties might be due to yourself as the author, given that no one has seen any evidence of your mental acuity on these points as yet.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, you certainly are so obsessed with slamming Mrs. Taiwan for running away with a married man, it makes me think that you are working for Mainland China. Because certainly Mrs. Taiwan was not unique case of that in world history, but anyway U.S. policy is that we have to defend Taiwan. We have to go by U.S. policy.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I vaguely remember something about Tim's mysterious hints and muttered threats. Ok, so Tim hates me and doesn't like me and said he thinks I should not be here. Ok, Fine. You can't make everybody love you all of the time. There are always going to be these annoying persons always pecking away at every little thing. So whatever. I was never really interested in Tim anyway. Tim is expendable in my books.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I do think that I did mention having seen that movie, "The Sound of Music," and I also had the book which I read many years ago, which makes the movie seem very truncated or abridged from what the actual story was. However, I am not personally acquainted with those people who now live in Vermont, at least according to the book, Don't know when I would ever do the tourist trip to Austria to see the actual Trapp house. Of course that could not possibly be the Trapp family on the phone. I have no personal connection whatever to the Trapp family. Sometimes my imagination gets carried away with me and I have to stop and remember that was only a show.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I seem to remember that I already told you that Fred is not my type, so you really should not be wasting your breath on that pile of nothing much.

Thursday, July 14, 2022

Which Reminds Me

Yes, who was this anonymous guy in the Halls who is now demanding backup from me? There always were many people standing around the hallways of high school in between classes, a five-minute interval for going to class or study hall or P.E. class, loading and unloading their lockers, etc. I can't quite picture who that is, that I should be bothered to answer some pointless question from some anonymous guy to whom I was not formally introduced. For what do I need that idiot?

Wednesday, July 13, 2022

which Reminds Me

Yes, I suppose that if you want to incorporate yourself as "Dunamis" signifying power or dynamite, that is your constitutionally protected private decision to make. Not my place to say what you should name your own corporate entity established for tax and legal purposes. The record will just be there permanently in the state's list of corporations, for everyone to peruse when ascertaining var8ous interesting associations. But whatever. A barn full of paperwork is one thing, but life is short and then you die.

Tuesday, July 12, 2022

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I did notice the name of their private company, but I did not ask any questions about that. I suppose that it is really none of my business to ask about what that meant.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, it would become a bit tiresome for me if my life were lived entirely as a huge Spelling Bee, in which I have to correct every little mistake that comes along. Why should I trouble myself to explain about how they don't really have tacos in Mexico, at least not as we think of tacos, tacos being more of a later American development. No, for a real Spelling Bee to occur, there would have to be official scheduling and so forth. I am not going to be available in future for just any impromptu Spelling Bee imagied by whoever.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, once again I am reminded of the time when I won the great Spelling Bee. But I probably should thank you for the little trophy, with my name engraved on it, not yours, not anyone else's, because if you had not misspelled the word "Thanksgiving," I would not have been provided with the golden opportunity of stepping forward to spell the word correctly, because by that time of the finals it was down to the two of us. Yes, I suppose that would have really stung, for a third grade boy such as yourself to be outspelled by a second grade girl. But anyway, to berate my parents for applauding goes beyond the pale, leading us to consider that those people perhaps should be categorized as swamp creatures.

Monday, July 11, 2022

which Reminds Me

Yes, it may be supposed that you are enjoying the socks that we got Dad for Christmas, although given that I can't keep seven uch a minor secret, it is very difficult for me to imagine how I would ever be entrusted with important matters of national security.

Saturday, July 9, 2022

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I vaguely remember, who can forget the time when David had his Appendix removed, they sent back pictures that he had drawn of himself in his hospital bed awhile convalescing from surgery, so David does not have an Appendix. Who knows what other parts are missing, but anyway I do have my Appendix still intact.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I cannot quite remember now who I voted for, whether Carmen or Patty. So what if the votes all went for Carmen? I do not think that it would be within my power to overturns the election in favor of Patty. Sorry about that.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, what have I to do with the electoral rivalries of Patty vs. Carmen? I am sure that your Italian Kathy, who was a close friend of Patty, knows plenty about that, so why are you bothering me? I don't involve myself in these internal high school matters of no concern to me. Why should I defend either one of them, merely because of some obscure novel about student body elections at Stanford University? I really could not care less about that.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, actually I am NOT running for any elections at this time, so it sort of puzzles the mind to ponder why I should care about being voted against, when actually they are being charged with slander and libel and various other crimes against me, in case they forgot, so I really don't see where they have anything to say about that.

Tuesday, July 5, 2022

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I vaguely remember that the Stewart family were cattle ranchers in the Paso Robles area of California, which is honest work I suppose, but we have no need of cattle ranchers at our house. We don't have the necessary land for that.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I vaguely remember the existence of Billy La Pew, a person who, if he were seen at church I might say hello, but he is not really that close of a friend that I would want to discuss some personal business with him. Besides which, his black ex-wife said that he spends all of his time playing computer games, not that I asked, the information was volunteered without asking, but anyway I don't think that I have any need of a gamester at this time. I bought the Myst game and I liked the pictures and the relaxing sound effects, but then I had to buy a book of clues to get past the "front door" of that, and that could get quite expensive if I repeat that too often, so I don't buy computer games now, although I did do Riven, and also had to find the clues for that, but then you realize that the game is an artificial loop that goes nowhere, so why bother?

Monday, July 4, 2022

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I cannot seem to imagine how I would manage to verbalize the idiotic rantings of that Becky, anymore than I can understand why we would dictate to them what they must do with their money and their business, as likewise they don't tell me what to do. They don't really have any paperwork. They only wish they had the paperwork.

Sunday, July 3, 2022

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I seem to remember hearing that the burning question of the moment is when is my sister going to take her dog Jessica to the vet to have her euthanized and permanently put down, in a kind and merciful way, of course, The dog is very old and has become incontinent, pooping all over the place, perhaps a diagnosis, perahps, of vowel, er, that is bowel problems. Who wants to spend all their time cleaning up after Jessica's messes when, anyway, she is only a dog.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, we see they have turned aside now to worship that golden calf, which is a snare and a hindrance of no interest to us. And who is calling who a golden calf? That is another topic for another day.

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I vaguely remember watching some hearings on TV in regards to the Supreme Court justices. However, I have no personal interest whatsoever in that. I have no personal business currently pending before the Supreme Court so have no idea why these irrationally insane people are so obsessed with such a topic. Rather than try to have a rational conversation, perhaps they should be talking to their highly educated psychological counseling experts to find out what is wrong with themselves, why all of these crazy thought patterns? because I just have no idea of any of that.

Saturday, July 2, 2022

Which Reminds Me

Yes, how could I forget, that after they flunked third grade their twin sister was always a year ahead of them in school. He blamed Miss What's-Her-Name for cruel and unusual torture, but anyway that was at the old building at a different location, a different mission compound. We arrived there in time for the fourth grade at the new building. at our mission compound of sorts, so we really don't remember the old school. They once showed us where it had been but we were only visiting and could not go inside there.

Friday, July 1, 2022

Which Reminds Me

Yes, I vaguely remember that Susie was saying something about how they cook omelettes for each other in her family. So I will simply take Susie's word for that, because I really wouldn't know otherwise, because we don't do omelettes at our house, omelettes are not a thing over here at our house, not that we dislike omelettes, but we are more likely to cook eggs some other way than omelettes, so that was only something that Susie said.
