Yes, I vaguely remember the existence of Nancy Holbron, who was a ninth grader when I was a senior at the high school in El Salvador. Only recently did I learn that her father was military and her mother was Nicaraguan, if that was her. Even so, I cannot be expected to keep track of all these people from high school. It just was not that important. Also the Contra War had not happened yet. Nobody was thinking in those terms back in the day.
