Yes, I remember that someone was saying that she claimed to have been a backup singer for some huge secular rock band, maybe Chicago, and also claimed to be a Motown success, although it was not clear how that could be true of a blond white person, as Motown people are all black. That was what I remember having heard someone say about her, although I never heard much more about that. The president's wife spoke of her with a chilling contempt that did bonte bode well for her proposed transition to CCM, her demo album being handed around to persons who did not seem very impressed, although I never heard it myself so I cannot really say much about that. I do not remember what her name was or what path her career took later. I just have no idea.
