In the book “Roca-Celis” Mr. Jerónimo says, “no se me habia pasado por el magin la idea,” in other words, “the idea had not passed through my head.” Thus we learn that the Spanish language word magin in this context means “head.” This spelling is NOT a match for Bill Maginn, who is not the head of anything as far as I am concerned, better described as the tail end of someone else’s headache, NOT mine.
