Which Reminds Me

Yes, I vaguely remember hearing about the Salvadoran dictator who was said to be afraid of a fly, a Hindu influence there not further studied by me, and yet not embarrassed to massacre thousands of his people, although that was nearly a hundred years ago. How does that make any sense? I can only say that I do not know anything about it. I only know what I heard or read somewhere. What's to say?
