Yes, I would not mind an ex-Pell grant to cover the expenses of living while not really working due to various hardships, although I would like to reserve the right to dabble on various work-at-home projects such as selling things on eBay and other online projects as time permits, for my own personal enlightenment and learning, not because I care about their wacky-witch agenda. Just to clarify.
