Yes, I do think that there were only two occasions, so you will not find a third. That is how I learned about why all of those people want to live off campus so that they can stock their refrigerators as it were by the back door rather than have to abide by campus rules, having that shoved in my face. So you just never know what secret and hidden mischief those off-campus people are up to behind our backs, but, anyway, who cares about such a marginalized fringe element. They make a lot of noise but anyway there are other factors to consider.
