Which Reminds Me

Yes, I forget who it was, whether Mrs. Grace Richardson or Miss Pilarinos or Miss Knox or one or another of our teachers at the little school, who was telling us the story of the Shibboleth, although some unfortunate souls could not pronounce that correctly, and were killed for their wrongly said Sibboleth. Yes, I suppose that there could be other examples of a Shibboleth device, although I cannot imagine what those might be, but the Shibboleth device is most clearly explained in ancient Bible times so that concept is really nothing new to be so surprised about.
