Yes, I suppose that you could always file a citizens' FOIA to try to get any documents that you can get, if there be any, and there is no guarantee that you would get anything worthwhile in return, probably just some shredded and blacked out stuff that does not tell you anything helpful. So, anyway, whoever said life was fair?
