Which Reminds Me

Yes, I vaguely remember talking about how, down there, when one goes to the market downtown, where one has to haggle over prices, it is an observable phenomenon, sometimes, that when they see a white person asking for the price, they will jack up the price that we would have to pay, or try to talk the price down somewhat, but still it is a higher starting price for white people, because often they would assume that all white people are rich and can be exploited for that purpose, when actually not every white person is all that rich, or at least not willing to pay that much for only that. Some white people are basically on a budget looking for a good bargain
