Which Reminds Me

Yes, I am vaguely reminded that my mother has a certain little knack for inventing words that don't really exist. Shen she can't quite think of the exact word, she may invent a word that sounds sort of like the right word or similar, and then everybody laughs because anyway we know what she probably meant by that. However, I cannot remember now any of those words. They were not recorded in the dictionary.
