Yes, it is a bit mystifying to ponder the irrelevant question of whether the farmer sells the wheat that he grows to make bread or to make beer. I really do not care to learn more about that. Already there is a glut of liquor stores at every turn, even the local supermarket has its liquor section stocked, shelves crammed full of bottles of various tints and hues, whereas only half an aisle for bread. How can the liquor people possibly complain about the demand for their ubiquitous products available everywhere? What need could there possibly be for even more of that? Enough, perhaps too much already said about that.
