Which Reminds Me

Yes, I vaguely remember hearing something about my Dad's cousin Elizabeth who has an ex-husband whom I have never met and do not know one thing about. There is no reason in world for me to be discussing anything of a personal nature with the ex-husband of my Dad's cousin. And how would I go about notifying the proper authorities to have that guy arrested for trespass or being a public nuisance or whatever?
