Yes, I remember someone talking about the difficulty of propagating democracy amongst those Arab countries where the people live in those various little tribal groups and may even speak other languages or dialects unknown to us. Yes, I suppose that those tribal natives know who they are and where they self-identity in terms of which tribe, but to us outsiders it all seems so puzzling and nearly impossible to decipher, and therefore why bother with that. English is enough for me although travel did give me some opportunities to learn other languages, which I recommend whenever possible, although of course that is not always possible.
