Yes, I vaguely remember hearing about their plan to use substitute living persons for voting purposes on the five-member board of the organization which is registered in Sacramento and which originally appeared to have some ambitious purposes, but which apparently found that basically not much can be done without the requisite time and money.
Anna Eber, one of their acquaintances from Ohio, was one of the board members and possibly a waitress at a Pasadena coffee shop from what I can see. But she was single and apparently had no children. So who inherited her paperwork? I heard someone trying to make some points about that, but anyway the board members are all dead now so there is not really much anyone can do about that.
