Yes, sometimes we start by doing one thing and find it difficult to back out of that after we learn that it was a whole different thing and that now we are dangling on a bait hook. I never had any illusory thought of going to New York, and yet you were somehow expecting me to go there even though I never said that. Someone else planned that. Ridiculous.
