Yes, I do think that it would be premature for me to pass a peremptory judgment and try to provide an answer while lacking the necessary data in sufficient quantities to arrive at a reliably accurate conclusion that would make any difference to the authorities who understand about these things, some private parties having funneled various bits of information for their own private game uses. Just cobbling a few books together does not constitute a scientific conclusion, needless to say. Obviously. Duh!
