Which Reminds Me

I heard that Terry's former girlfriend was spreading all sorts of lies about me. Unfortunately I cannot remember who she was so I have no way of fixing that. To whom can I explain that Terry is a mere acquaintance to me. I actually am not his sister, never mind about all that blither. I am not related to them in any way so there is nothing further that I would need to discuss with them. College has been over for a long time now.
