Which Reminds Me

Yes, Jane Seymour seems to have been quite the actress in her day, all of those many roles, many costumes, may time periods. With those multi-colored eyeballs, who could she be in real life? Even so, a mere stage name I would imagine does not scratch the surface of what it means to actually be a Seymour, not that I would know either. What would I know of the Seymours vs. the Boleyns vs. the Anjous, etc. etc.? Nothing, actually. The Windsors have the crown now, so how does all of that Tudor stuff matter now? I actually do not see the point of this conversation beyond maybe saying goodbye to historical events that are fast receding into antiquity. The revisioning of history is always lurking out there in the corners of the future, but why should we be afraid of that? To trust in God, to have fiath, means that we believe that ultimately God is in control and will be working all things together for good. (Ephesians 1:5-11)
