Yes, I imagine that if you really did want to purchase the castle, anciently the headquarters of the Strickland family, but who knows what distant relatives live there now, you might be able to negotiate with the British government and their National Trust to purchase it, because only they would know anything about that, and I imagine that perhaps a billion dollars would go a long way toward accomplishing such a purpose. Even so, I imagine that the extinct titles which have other political and personal meanings are sometimes impossible to resurrect only for vanity's sake. Probably you would need to earn your own titles in the usual way.
