Yes, that said, one cannot help but ponder the mystifying question of why I would need help from this clueless Italian pizza cook. I am not very picky about who cooks the pizza as long as it tastes good enough after I pick that up at the local pizzeria. Pizza and other ethnic restaurant people often rely on their regional cooking expertise to build their ethnic fortunes, and I do not see anything wrong with that as long as they follow FDA guidelines. However, these pizza bakers and ethnic cooks are not paying my bills so I think that there is a limit to how much useless guff I can be expected to take from the cooks given that they are not doing anything helpful.
